Nothing is for sale in the app today
RoleVerity is not taking payment in the product yet. The demo is free. These terms apply the moment you pay — including a founding-cohort invoice paid outside the app — and will be updated when self-serve checkout ships.
To cancel access or ask about a charge, email hello@roleverity.app. Deleting your account in Settings stops the product from keeping your data; it is not by itself a refund request.
Founding cohort
The founding cohort is a one-time, high-touch offer: a bounded number of verified application packages and founder support for a stated window. It is not unlimited AI and it is not a subscription that renews.
- Full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not downloaded a generated résumé package.
- Full refund if, after you import a résumé, confirm evidence, and paste a job description, the product cannot produce a reviewed, downloadable package.
- No refund because an employer did not interview or hire you. The product sells a defensible package, not an outcome.
- After a completed download, refunds for a product defect are at our discretion and are not automatic.
Search passes, when they exist
A later self-serve search pass is planned as a non-renewing period with a ceiling on completed application packages. Until that product exists, this section is the rule we will ship, not a current SKU.
- Full refund within 7 days if you have not completed an export.
- No refund of unused remaining packages after the first completed export, except for a product defect we accept.
- No 'unlimited' pass. Unused time at the end of the window expires.
How to request one
Email hello@roleverity.app from the address on the account, with the payment date and what went wrong. Do not open a chargeback before writing; a chargeback on a delivered package may close the account.
A refund does not undo a document you already sent to an employer. Export or delete the account separately if you want the data gone.
